5. Email Content and Compliance

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through our Service. You must ensure that:

• All emails comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other relevant regulations
• You have proper consent from all recipients
• Emails include proper unsubscribe mechanisms
• Content is not misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
